Very nice. Apartment type hotel. Has great king size beds, your own Euro Style washer dryer. Nice tub & shower bath conbination; good & friendly restaurant; located off Sumhumvit, near Emporium

The Adelphi was full of helpful staff and the views from the floor to ceiling windows were an eyeful of Bangkok skyline. The breakfasts went on for days and the rooms were elegant and comfortable.

You do not need taxis to go to the shopping emporium or the market. You can use the BTS for longer trips out of the Phrom Phom BTS station.

Money Savers Short walk from hotel
Use the Skytrain to get around the city. Buy the all-day ticket - well worth while and saves all the hastle of getting a new ticket for each trip - it is also cheaper! Just use the tuk-tuk from the nearest station to where you want to be - but beware of 'my brother is a tailor / jeweler etc.' - resist these offers unless you really do want to buy.
